  Got overcharged for adjusting demo bindings and they even put a shop sticker on the skis without asking. Also tried to sell a new skier with us on expensive bindings just to make a buck

  Absolutely amazing shop, it was my first time buying a snowboard and they were super knowledgeable, and helpful. They guided me through all the steps, recommended various options for things that I needed and explained why they were different / better most of the things I didn't understand but it was still super cool to start to learn.

  I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to buy new bindings and was told by the staff member in charge to wait for assistance. I waited for about 20 minutes while they walked past me multiple times and clearly ignored me. Eventually, I gave up and left. I will never return and would not recommend this store to anyone.
