- PCPaul CAug 7, 20265.0True professionals here. Made an appointment to upgrade boots and skis. Met with Matt and just talked for a good 15 minutes before we even looked at anything. We then went to the skis where he provided a few options based on my ability and what I told him I was looking for in a ski. He gave me pros/cons of each. Same thing happened for the boots, along with a detailed measurement of my foot and specific observations like arch. Went through all the options without any rush. Extremely happy with the experience, very knowledgeable staff

They guided me through all the steps, recommended various options for things that I needed and explained why they were different / better most of the things I didn't understand but it was still super cool to start to learn.
