This was our second time booking simulator time from this location. Our first session with Chris was fantastic which made my friend and myself want to come again, and this time, I brought another friend and my wife. Some key context - Chris stated to us that "your time does not start until you set foot on the sim" and Gabe confirmed that is indeed correct policy. (Chris was great. This is not a commentary on our previous session on Aug 7th.) We booked a sunday afternoon appointment - 2 hours for 4 people. When we got there, the 1-2pm session bled over into our session, and we were told to wait. We didn't mind waiting as things happen, but we did not get on the simulator until about 2:15. Even once we got on, there was a problem with the software, and my friend had to wait an additional ten minutes for them to reboot it. Again, things happen and we were understanding. Then at 3:45, there was a complication with the machinery which took about 15 minutes to fix. We were told we were allowed to go until 4:10 and my friend was ready to get back on. However, the next appointment showed up at 3:55, and everything that was told to us was no more. They began ignoring us and catering to the new customer, while we were left awkwardly waiting for the go ahead to get back on. It strongly felt that we were supposed to leave and I had to ask Donna if they were going to let us use up the rest of our time. She told us "hhmm yeah you're right.. you lost 30 minutes of total time...go speak with gabe about getting a reimbursement for the half hour" We felt as though we were not being considered seriously and were rushed out to attend to the next client. It left us confused on why there was such a disparity on how we were treated versus the people before us and those that came after. After speaking with gabe, things were rectified monetarily and we received a reduction from 2 hrs to 1.5 hrs and a gift card to rebook time... My wife and my friends are quite understanding of complications. However, we did not appreciate being told to wait when we arrived on schedule and then essentially forced out when the next slot showed up. The inconsistent treatment and the whole experience with my friends and wife was very off-putting, and I regretted hyping up the place as much as I did. I strongly advise that if you are a beginner (we had 2 first time sim users in the group) to make sure you get the time you are afforded. I would suggest that there are 15-30 minutes between appointments to rule out any complications or bleed over. While we were monetarily rectified - my wife, my friends and myself will not be recommending this establishment until A.) the booking system has more organization B.) The staff affords the same treatment to ALL of their customers and not just a select few.

Great experience at Boston Ski and Tennis working with Shaun. He spent a lot of time explaining to both me, and my kids (teens) what he was doing, what they should be feeling, giving them options, in plain, clear language with a very patient manner and tone.I've had good and bad experiences and this one was excellent.

Highly professional boots fitting. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and patient. The boots I chose were fitted very accurately and specifically to my needs and features

I’m a very casual tennis player who desperately needed his racket restrung and regripped after 8 years of no care. Ben and Oliver were so helpful and also had a pretty quick turn around time for the work! Prices also super reasonable highly recommend!!
