I've taken classes with Asante and Joseph, and both of them are amazing. During the workout, they check in with everyone, help with form, and offer great guidance. All levels are definitely welcome here. Time flies because the workouts are so fun! I'm so happy I found this place.

You get a good workout as well as punching technique. It will work for you regardless of fitness levels. Some people are starting their journey, I wear a weight shirt and keep exercising through all the breaks, which gives me a good workout. I go to the lower body class with Asanté, which is excellent. Highly recommended
