  Doesn’t read voicemails and doesn’t have updated hours on their phone service. Also fitted my son in woman’s boots without disclosing to me. Will not return.

  Becca is professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable - sensational customer service. I wouldn’t have purchased anything if Becca wasn’t there. Derek is friendly and we had a great conversation about Eagles. James gave me a rundown of the top local ski resorts. Really nice folks - definitely will do business again.

  Over priced tune-ups. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also, somehow my bindings were messed up after my tune and I had to take them to the shop at the mountain and pay the mountain staff to readjust my bindings. When I called the manager basically insinuated that I accidentally took my bindings off my skis and adjusted them myself. I have a system binding that needs to be taken off of the ski to be adjusted. Thank for it was so obvious that the bindings were wrong and I didn't ski on them, I could have been hurt. Never going back!
