  Horrible experience all around. Went in yesterday with a friend while I was in town since I've been a coin collector for more than two decades and thought this place would be interesting. I was wrong, place is a complete mess, felt more like a poorly kept storage room than an actual store, ironic considering my friend was yelled at for looking at products across an arbitrary (and poorly defined) boundary line. The man behind the counter was rude and condescending, as if we were pests inconveniencing him just by coming in. I even tried to give him a compliment on their product quality as their items (particularly the older coins) are very nice, just to get a scoff and a snide "Well I need to display them if I want to sell them", stating the obvious as a response as if I was beneath him or a fool for simply trying to give him a compliment. The most basic tenets of even the most elementary customer service were clearly not understood or respected here. It's a rare thing for me to be able to interact with people who are genuinely passionate about these things and care about them as I and many others do, there was no passion or even basic courtesy here to be found. Just rude nastiness and no effort in keeping things organized or neat at all. At least the store's appearance matches his tone and attitude, subpar and repulsive. I have proudly supported small local collectables dealers for many years, but have never had an experience even close to this abhorrent anywhere else. I will not be coming back, the experience and disgusting treatment we received is a blight on the hobby and an offense to those of us who are actually passionate about it, do better.

  The old man/owner is such an unpleasant person to deal with. He always seems annoyed that you are in his store and he has to deal with you. Also, the place is an absolute mess. Between the hostility from and owner and the clutter, it almost makes you not want to return. Only good thing I can say about this place is they always have plenty of cards. If you can, stay away and find tcg elsewhere.
