I recently purchased a road bike from this Cycle Loft to use for regular communting for work. The employee I spoke to was very patient and listened intently to my needs when describing the bike I was looking for. He asked very good questions to make sure the bike I was looking at was the right fit. I felt very well respected as he addressed me directly instead of talking through me to my husband, who was with me during the purchase. When offering me accessories for the bike, he provided very informative explanations as to why the product is helpful to make sure I have a safe bike ride, which kept me well informed, and I appreciated he accepted any decline I had to a product he offered. Overall a great experience and I feel I can trust this Cycle Loft and return to them for any bike needs in the future.

The service here is always really great, but I never took the time to write a review. It was after my recent visit to find a frame bag for my bike that inspired me to do this. I met with Alex who was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each bag I was looking at showing me what each bag will look like on the bike. I was able to choose a bike bag that would fit my needs. In addition, he helped me add two reflectors to my bike to make it more safe. I liked how Alex even showed me his bike, so that I could get inspiration for what a bike configuration could look like. Overall, this is an experience that will keep me coming back.
