  Was in the market recently for a Yakima part that happened to be discontinued, and had a very short period of time to find one before leaving for a few days. Evan found the part for me after calling his colleagues in East Providence and asked them to hold it for me. The part was waiting for me when I walked into the RI store the following day. Appreciate Evan’s effort, his attention to detail, and their communication. Great job all around. Highly recommend both stores….awesome staffs and great teamwork!!

  The sales person knew all about the different levels and types of electric bikes and spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences, and allowed us to try the different bikes outside. Also, the service manager came out to give us some hints on how to maintain an electric bike. Overall, great!

  Great quality bikes, good inventory, and phenomenal service from staff. We were looking for a new bike for our 11 year old. Our salesperson, Aaron, was incredibly informative, listened to what we and our child were looking for, and was patient while our child tried out different bikes before making a decision on which to purchase. We never felt pressured about what to buy, and felt really good about our purchase. We will definitely purchase other bikes here in the future.
