  Not sure if there are new grounds keepers but the fairways and greens were in rough shape. When paying $90+ for a round, expectations are to be playing on well maintained conditions. Also not a beginner friendly course. A lot of blind spots. The only positive was pace of play was good

  For $92 with cart this normally in years past conditions would be fine. Not now. The greens are a 4 on a scale of 1-10... There's disease on more then half. Seems they don't roll them. The pin placements are inconsistent as to the pin location for the day. There obviously is a new crew there and for the price play somewhere else. The staff was friendly so the got that going for them. The fairways were a 5... And that's tough to do on a links course. All in all better options for the price!

  Played here last year and the course was in pristine condition. Played recently and it was completely chewed up.. weeds growing in the sand traps, huge portions of greens and fairways without grass, etc.. For $96, I expected much more than this. The course itself is a nice challenge for most golfers.. lots of doglegs, couple blind shots, greens decent speed, unique layout. But as long as it’s in this sort of condition, not worth playing. Also, put some water out on the course!! It was 90 degrees and humid.. someone who’s older and walking could actually really use it.

  Will NEVER be back. Went with my fiance to the driving range last night. Went into the Pro Shop and asked the worker to purchase tokens for the driving range. He replied “Nope”. I said really? He said we’re closing at 7:00, so I stop selling tokens at 6:30, it’s too late. It was 6:40 so I told him we would just hit balls until they close and if we can’t hit them all, it’s our loss. (And honestly it wouldn’t even take 20 mins to go through the bucket). He said no again. I said ok thank you, and as I walked out, he sarcastically said “we’ll see you next time!” We then took a walk out to the driving range to watch the other golfers who were using it. A couple minutes later, a different worker on a golf cart came over to us and said that we had to leave and couldn’t stay and watch or practice some swings (not sure why there’s Adirondack chairs behind the mats if you can’t sit in them). I asked why we couldn’t just stay and watch and he responded that the pro shop worker told him over the radio to come and tell us “you need to leave the property” and we could not stay. Meanwhile, the course was still open and the others at the driving range were allowed to stay. We had to leave with no explanation, while everyone else stayed. We again asked why and he said he doesn’t know but the guy inside wants us out of there and we have to go. This is absolutely disgraceful. We are Bridgewater residents (who pay taxes for this town owned golf course). Our neighborhood abuts the course, and we are golfers who have been here in the past but won’t be anymore. Many in our neighborhood are regular golfers there and I can assure you they won’t be back either.

  Great course but the cost isn't up to par. The fairways are well maintained as well as the greens. There is a lot of complexity to the holes making it fun. However the cost to play here is upwards to high end courses and this is not what you get on the course. To start, I've been here a few times and haven't seen a drink cart once. Not a big deal but seeing how there are no water stations on any hole and you're not passing the club house until hole 13 it makes hot days tougher to deal with when you're not made aware of this. There are only two bathroom situations while out on the course if you're not counting the woods. Also, to mention the driving range and putting green isn't that great. You would think with the money you spend here you are getting an outstanding course but you're not. With that being said, I would still recommend trying once because the holes are quite fun to play even with overpaying.
