La atención de TODOS los empleados fue tan mal educada , mala atención . Verdaderamente soy de dejar reviews y no quise dejarles una mala solo porque 4 empleados nos hayan tratado mal . Pero ahora al revisar la tarjeta VEO QUE ME COBRARON 40 USD DE MÁS, así que no solo fue mala la atención si no que los empleados me robaron plata . Ahora tengo que hablar con Visa para resolver esto . Cuando yo había firmado otro monto . Cuidado con dejar la tarjeta, no me pasó en ningún otro lugar en Boston y dejé tarjetas en bares,restaurantes, etc. pero acá me cobraron más que el doble de lo que había usado . CUIDADO !!! Después de revisar varios comentarios veo que muchos dicen y tuvieron experiencias parecidas . Muy triste ya que el lugar es lindo y tiene todo para ser un lugar divertido para pasar un buen momento . Pero que empleados sean tan mal educados con el cliente como así cobrar de mas, hace que sea una estafa al cliente común, desde los empleados del establecimiento . Espero cambien esto ya que no puede ser que un lugar frente al Fenway hagan cobros de tarjeta FALSOS Y ALTOS.

From the foods to the people. We played bowling arcade and ate met some nice people. Your staff was really professional and nice. They was always around for and questions and they was there to always check in making sure everything was good. The manager made sure we knew who he was. I have a very nice conversation with him. I would definitely tell people to come check you out. Thank you for the wonderful time my family and friends had yesterday. Keep up the great job.

One of the employees was extremely rude to our group and even laughed at us, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the manager became confrontational and seemed to attack us rather than listen to our concerns. As customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect, regardless of the situation. The way we were spoken to and treated made us feel unwelcome, and it completely ruined our visit. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and provides better training so other guests don’t have to go through the same experience.
- BJBumsub JinJun 25, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with how this matter was handled. On May 25, I paid for bowling and shoe rental and received a receipt for $97.37. However, the charge that later appeared on my debit card did not match the receipt, and the tip amount was also incorrect. I called twice seeking clarification and a callback, but no one returned my calls. I eventually reached Chris M., who asked me to put everything in an email. I did so and requested a response, but I never received one. Although the charge was eventually corrected, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was very disappointing. This was an unprofessional way to handle a billing issue. One last thing to add: after visiting many bowling alleys over the years, this was the first place I have seen bowling balls drilled with two thumb holes. The old, chipped bowling balls also really need to be replaced with newer equipment.

For two people, 50 dollars worth of points was MORE than enough to have a blast trying out the majority of games they have available. Unfortunately the ticket redemption shop was closed the entire time we were there, hopefully our card is still good when we return (and we 100 percent plan on it). Amazing vibes.
