  GONE DOWN TO THE DOGS.... We've been coming here for years and never experienced this....Raise your hand if you feel like you should be able to access ALL AMENITIES especially after paying ALMOST $600 for a room... ✋🏿..RAISE your hand if you feel when your biggest attraction cant accommodate guests after paying almost $600? management needs to be questioned about their ability to accomplish the satisfaction of guest...we came here JUST to relax in the river and drink.. we actually picked here over the golden nugget next door. .. We checked in early.... around 10:30 - 11am. flawless.. then the crap started....we viewed the pool from our room and saw COUNTLESS chairs being held with juat towels... . How did we know? Because the chairs only had towels. No clothing, n9 bags, no shoes, NOTHING BUT A TOWEL....clear indicator.... Cabanas were rebted out, also the day beds. we went to a pool attendant... she was so sweet and offered to hold our bags in the towel area. * we didnt want to be in the position where our belongings were rifled through. * management JANELL Z was spoken to. We aired our grievances to her. The expensive room, the three hour drive. She went into action on the hunt to accommodate us and she did not disappoint. .. Janell Z was super professional and SHE is the only reason we are g8ving Lauberge four stars.. This is just the beginning of our stay so I will come back here to adjust the four stars as applicable.

  9/10/2025-9/14/2025: This was my first time to use the pool area at L'Auberge. All the other times I visited, it was earlier a winter season or just a fast trip with no extra time for pool lounging. They really did a nice job with the space. They have an adult pool, a lazy river, a bar, and even cabanas. The lazy river takes about 10-15 minutes to float free style around. They have speakers nestled in the middle section of the bush area so you can hear tunes. They actually play a nice mix of favorites for all. Towels are provided in the pool area. You can take two if needed. I highly recommend staying here just so you can use the pool.

  The lazy pool is amazing, feels ever so tropical!! The waiters are super nice 10/10
