I’ve dealt with the inconsistent lane conditions here, ranging from way too much oil to so dry that the lanes are practically unplayable. While frustrating, I understand that lane conditions can vary. I can even understand occasionally not being able to bowl because of the number of leagues. What I cannot understand is being turned away FOUR TIMES IN A ROW after paying for a Summer Pass or trying to bowl with friends on the unlimited package. Each time, there seems to be a different reason: no lanes available when there are clearly open lanes, the Summer Pass isn’t accepted after a certain time, leagues have priority, or some other restriction that makes the pass unusable. If a league is going to take up the entire bowling alley for several hours, POST IT. Customers should be able to see that information before driving to the facility. Don’t advertise a Summer Pass as providing free games every day when customers repeatedly cannot access the lanes during the hours the pass is supposedly valid. The unlimited bowling packages make even less sense. They’re offered during time periods that overlap with leagues, which either significantly cuts into the advertised bowling time or makes it impossible to bowl at all. And no, telling someone to wait three hours for a lane is not a reasonable solution. On top of all of this, the prices for food, drinks, and everything else are ridiculous. If there are restrictions, league schedules, blackout periods, or times when pass holders realistically will not be able to bowl, make that clear BEFORE people spend their money. Only reason I’m not giving one star is because the manager has been great to deal with and I have had a FEW good experiences here.

The all you can bowl late night specials are the best deal in town for bowling fun. My server was awesome and brought the food to my lane.

I don’t leave bad reviews often, but I had a genuinely frustrating experience with one of the staff members here — a white woman with black hair working the front counter. I was polite and asked a few simple questions about [lanes/shoe rental/pricing — fill in], and she responded with visible annoyance, rolling her eyes multiple times while I was mid-sentence. She struggled to answer basic questions and appeared visibly annoyed that I was asking at all. It made an otherwise fun outing with friends feel unwelcoming from the start. Bowling alleys live and die on vibes, and this interaction really soured ours. Would hope management addresses this with staff training on customer interaction.✌🏻
