  Payout is way better than Treasure Chest or Harrah's!! The biggest draw back is how dirty it is. If they hired more janitorial staff to pick up and wipe down. The escalator is broke a lot. Most days the 2nd floor is very hot, feels like the heater is on. They have said they are fixing this, but that been for over a year or so. If payouts weren't better than other local casinos , I wouldn't ever go.

  The front desk staff are amazing .I truly love the way your identified by your name your made to feel very much like family when ever you are there always very nice rooms.love this place recommended it highly .Thank you all for your amazing experience everything iam there .

  What a wonderfully quiet place given the fact that it’s a casino. The rooms in the hotel were so clean absolutely perfect and I’m so thankful that for once a hotel allowed us to log into Netflix lol. The riverboat Casino was a wonderful experience and absolutely amazing. We enjoyed a dinner at Nola‘s steakhouse and our server, Chrystian, was absolutely phenomenal by the time we were done with the salad the food was brought out. It was just perfect timing. She was absolutely bubbly had a great personality and it was a great way to spend Our Friday night. We live in New Orleans and it was our first time here and we will be back in two weeks. We’ve already booked the room. Everything was absolutely phenomenal and I cannot wait to come back. Enjoy some more absolutely amazing food and the perfect ambience that this location provided. I will say they do feed the stray cats, but I am an avid animal lover, so I really didn’t mind it and we had a perfect view of the kitties from our room, it was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We definitely had fun and we can’t wait to go back.
