- NMNeil MensMay 19, 20265.0Thomas and Sean at Trek Elmwood are the best !! They sourced and installed my replacement Trek Verve2 handlebar controller. I purchased my Trek ebike in Canada knowing there are over 6000 certified Trek dealers and technicians in North America so when I travel I can always get quality parts and service. My only suggestion is to modify the instore sign at the Elmwood location which guarantees 24 hour service. That is a hard promise to keep sometimes. Due to parts ordering and delivery to New Orleans, this repair was completed in 3 days. That said I am completely satisfied and very happy to be back on my bike.
