Casino is fun, but the slots are tight and mostly progressive slots and they won't hit when you get close to hitting, if they do hit they are small payouts. The hotel is out dated, the plugs on the lamps for plugging in your phone charges don't work, the bed had no softness to it as if the pillow top or cushion was completely worn out. The pillows are big and fluffy if you like that, but for us they were too thick. They charge a resort fee of 17 dollars and this is for their phone in the room, tv and pool. This is normally included in the advertised price of hotels. Wait, they charge for having the phone in the room!!! Oh and the pool closes at 9pm, isn't that nice... Here is what they do, advertise 99 for the room making it look like a reasonable rate, then upcharge the 17 making it 116 for one night. No breakfast is included. I'd say, pick another hotel easier to get to off the main roads. Lastly, getting from the parking lot into the casino is easy, but trying to figure out how to get to the hotel from the casino isn't easy. A little confusing. There was another couple who got lost because they were confused on how to get back to their room from the casino. That's my review and I hope it helps you avoid a not so great experience while traveling.

Not impressed with service. No veterans discount, no fridge in room, if you are diabetic or need one , you have to order AHEAD OF TIME, beds were hard, not mattress pads available. Told me to go buy one, with attitude... dirty, parking lot looked like night after frat party, garbage bins over flowing, not swept.

Was a quick overnight stop. We went on a Sunday. The room was clean and very nicely appointed. Cudos for having a bench in the shower! Loved the tv in the bathroom mirror. Only downfall of the room was there was no fridge. We faced a parking lot, but next time I will request a water view. The hotel is beautiful and the casino didn’t smell like smoke on the main floor. Enjoyed the slots they had. Ate at the Red Lotus. Took about 20 minutes to get our server and for him to come back with water, but once our order was taken, the food came out quickly and was very tasty. Overalls great stop on our trip. Use those Penn points! We got some great perks!

I’m very heartbroken about my favorite bartender, Madison being gone. She was the sole reason I kept coming. I’m surprised that creep Wayne is still there…he should be fired in my opinion for how rude and disgusting I’ve seen him be to other patrons and young girls at the bar. Looks like I won’t be coming anymore!

I have been going here close to a decade and I have never had a considerable win. The best win i've ever had was 500 dollars betting 10 dollars a spin in the high roller section. They consistently replace fun unique slot machines with multitudes of the same lackluster machines with horrible payouts. It is sad how the slots machine selection has devolved ove the past few years. Unfortunately I am done going to this casino.
