Rooms need updating , free rooms are not free . Found out when I checked out they had charged a resort fee for each day .I didn’t know about that as it had showed due .00 when I made the comp reservation . Tried to get operator from room or housekeeping with no success. Glad it wasn’t emergency. Won’t stay there again

I agree with others about parking garage needing attention, but who cares when there’s free valet. Nice smoke-free casino, good dining options, dealers are sharp, plenty of slots (I don’t play though), rooms are clean and comfortable; what more do you want? Stationary and a mini-fridge/bar is something I missed. Great visit. I shall return. One thing that impressed me the most was when I entered the casino, I asked the security person (I didn’t get her name) if there is a restroom nearby; rather than pointing and directing, she said “Follow me.” Along the way she pointed out the other restroom and wished me a good visit and good luck! First class hospitality!

Room was very nice. Only thing sink was very slow to drain. Parking level 2 could use a good power wash, lots of stains and spilled food residue. Also power wash the area towards the elevators hallway. Would make a big difference if it were clean, first impression before entering elevators and casino. Very nice cleaning crew I passed in hallway as well.

Very rude and unprofessional slot workers. One heavy set black lady with braids yelled at me and my husband from across the slot floor. They were empty the machine about 2 section behind us, there was no sign,or anything near the machine to assume the section was closed. I will never step foot back in here even for a free room.

Great casino, great food, great service. Here is the crappy parts - horrible internet that you have to pay for – and then it stopped on the morning of check out, 2.48 Mbps download 0.10upload. I was travelling across the U.S. and this hotel had by far the worst internet. Suspecting their system was set up in the 1990s. Rooms - some mold...or something. Like most hotels in hurricane zone, the windows don't open so whatever odors you have...you are trapped with. They use a TON of cleaning detergents, I suspect to cover up those that smoked in their rooms. For those of us with allegies or are sensitive to it, it is a living hell. I remembered passing through here a decade ago and having the same issue. You smell it when you walk into the lobby and for me, my eyes instantly start to water, my nose starts to run, it's like some teenager sprayed a whole bottle of Axe on themselves (that reference might be a tad old) The irritating - Paid for late check out but email showed 1100 checkout. I kept getting txt messages reminding me that my check out was 1100. I chalk that up to the archaic system they had going on which resulted in the AOL internet speed.
