We had an absolute blast, our service was impeccable, and Scott at the front desk was amazing. We talked a little bit about the changes since the last time I was in town it was North rock. I love the aesthetics of the new place! I don’t remember our server’s name, but she was an adorable blonde girl. We highly recommend this for a night of family fun!

Everyone is wonderful, friendly, fast, and available for service or questions league night and leisure. - JHJakhira HolmesSep 7, 20261.0Me and my family came here on 9/7/2026, and from the moment we came in we were getting crazy stares. We got two lanes and after about 30-40 minutes both of our lanes stopped working. We were told it was because the “camera was off” so they moved us to different lanes. Once we switched to the different lanes 10 minutes after those lanes weren’t working properly either. When we went to let the staff know about the issue and instead of helping us fix it they shut our lanes off completely. The entire situation was frustrating especially because we had already experienced problems with the first set of lanes and were only trying to get the issue resolved. Between the staring when we first arrived, the repeated lane problems, and the way the situation was handled when we asked for help, we felt like we were being treated differently and singled out. We came here simply to have a good time together as a family, but instead we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m extremely disappointed with how our experience was handled and would not recommend this place based on the treatment we received.
