  I went in to get a bike fitting, Dean was my fitter and he was amazing!! explained everything to me didn’t waste any time and was super polite. I need my arrow bars raised, and he spent the time to look in the back-stock to find the right part to ensure that everything was perfect. The installation of everything also was a very quick turnaround time and some of the cheapest And most reasonable prices in the city. Will definitely be back for any maintenance or questions!

We have now purchased four bikes from this store, and I couldn’t be more thrilled—not only with the quality of the bikes Trek produces, but even more so with the education, guidance, and time Kris and his team have given us. Too often, you walk into a store and feel like the goal is simply to make the quick and easy sale. This team is completely different. They take the time to stop what they’re doing, listen to what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and make sure you get the bike that truly fits your needs—not just the bike that makes the sale. That level of customer service is rare, and it’s something we truly appreciate.
