  I got tired of waiting. I just needed to drop my wheel off. But it seems like thats not acceptable, I first have to wait for everyone to be helped before I can even be given a chance. That I understand, but making me wait 30 minutes? Taking my wheel and getting my info wouldve taken 5mins. So I left. They're always hiring and they definitely need the help. Not only that. The owners must do a better job of training their new employees. To have to go and ask a question to a supervisor everytime grows to become exhausting. Ill use the remaining money I have on my gift card, but im going to a "LBS" anytime after that. Organized and good selection of parts though I guess.

  Needed to get help with bike chain and was able to get some answers but not much. Staff was very friendly.

  Amazing service. Amazing turnaround. Wish this Grandma and Grandpa would have given our grandkids birthday $ for E Bikes to Trek Trek in Shawnee KS instead of more $ going to Amazon! What amazing service. Thank you Trek

  Great experience upgrading to a better bike. I appreciated the level of expertise and friendly guidance. I especially valued being fit for my new bike; making certain that I was getting the correct size bike and the seat adjusted to the correct height.
