  I came to purchase a bike for me and my wife. The initial interaction was positive, and the floor manager said they were short-staffed. I said, No worries he can go finish up other stuff as we weren’t in a rush. As I was checking out the bike, I pedaled for about 1-2 feet because I wanted to get the gear to shift. I then heard that manager yell to me and make what felt like a rude, condescending remark about not riding in the store. It made the whole experience for me and my wife very uncomfortable, so we ended up leaving. We went down the street to Erik’s and ended up spending our money there. Erik’s was very pleasant to help us even close to closing time. We ended up purchasing 2 bikes, and I felt much better about my purchase at Erik’s.

  This would be a good store but everytime I go to check out I get harassed about a membership. I only come here when I have a gift card. Simply don’t need much of anything. Today David at 12:05ish made me feel pressured to buy a membership. Kept saying bummer and rambling on when I had said no thank you. I’m a very quiet person and don’t like interactions like this. Today was supposed to be a fun outing to the store with a gift card from my grandma. Please stop harassing people who don’t want memberships. Thank you!
