- JTJason TracySep 27, 20265.0I absolutely love REI! The staff at the OP location are all just so friendly and knowledgeable it’s like asking a more experienced buddy for help. We were in yesterday and Sheryl (sp?) walked us through some new camp chair decisions and cookware options. I wanted to see how some things worked and nested together, so she just opened up the packages and we went through the items bit by bit. I was just in the looking phase and there was no pressure to buy; she was just extremely friendly and helpful. When we did make our other purchases, Tim at the front counter was also very chatty and friendly and helped us get a little bit extra of a discount on our items. This is such a fantastic company and amazing staff!
