  Poker dealers are unable to control game to include out of line behavior! These people need trained on communication during issues that arise between players. They will ban you for asking another player to take it outside? How much more polite can a person be when the verbally harassing player continues the verbal abuse for 20+ minutes. Sad way to deal with issues! Harrahs it is!

  Had a great time at this casino! They have a poker room where they play 1 and 3 tables and it's pretty nice. Great casino to hang out in Kansas City. Awesome views of the speedway! Casino has smoking and nonsmoking areas. Lots of slots and decent table games. One of the only places in KC with a poker room.

  Worst establishment I’ve ever been to. Me and my girlfriend decided to come here to celebrate being 1 year alcohol free. 30 seconds after we walk in we were asked to leave by a very over weight man named “Geoffrey”. He said that my girlfriend “looked impaired” and was “tripping over herself”. Mind you, she was wearing heels. Do not come here! I think “Geoffrey” and the whole casino staff were very intimidated by my $113 I brought to play with, cause they knew I’d rinse them in blackjack!

  Wish I could give it 0 A joke- Spend thousands there and watch people win on machine Amex to you swap people out to claim winnings your machine is completely dead and then you report what’s joining on to slot attendants and management and they say theirs nothing they can do ?? Finally they track them down not worried about what you lost because what’s going on on the machines next to you don’t offer to repay your lost money or anything this place is comically crooked I’d spend my money elsewhere and we use to go all the time tonight I have had it . Worst casino around use to pay out , hard to hit anything and once you complain about stuff everything’s always dead same slot attendant said we should have told him like yeah perplexed right next to us ,, it’s not our job to check who won but they say it doesn’t effect our machine yeah hard to believe someone wins a jackpot then everything’s dead and that crap is going on they wouldn’t take responsibility for anything there but they’ll threaten to ban you for 90$ someone left in a machine that now one knew about what a joke this place has become

  Shittiest customer service I’ve ever recieved, went to speak with management about their worthless dealer waited around 15 minutes and never seen a manager about it so I left. I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here in the last 2 months, due to the lack of intelligible management and terrible dealers you’ll never see my business again
