  Great sales and management staff. A great experience for my wife and I getting bikes. So helpful and knowledgeable. If you need any type of bike. I highly recommend trek of twin falls.

  No one tried to upsell services that I did not need. Everyone was courteous, and I felt that my older model bike received the same attention that a newer one would have. The tuneup and Tire upgrades were completed in a timely manner. I will definitely return to this bike shop.

  I will not be going back to this place again to service a bike. I had two bad experiences with two different bikes. Giving them 3 stars cause they did try to make it right. The first time was my son’s bike to fix a flat tire. They put in a new tube, tire and brake cable. Once the bike was home, my son jumped on to ride it and the chain popped off while taking off. The chain jammed in the sprocket sending my son over the bars giving him road rash on his knees and elbows. When putting the chain back on, I discovered the back tire was not tightened and could slide around. I called and informed them of the issue so they could work on quality control. They did offer to fix it if I bring it in and to refund my money which i appreciated. I decided to give them another try with an over-haul on my bike. I paid for an lvl 2 Inspection and pointed out the known issues including the damage cables. During the inspection, they found a few other things wrong which was appreciated. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t replace the shift cables as expected. They kept the bike to replace them and did it for free. When I returned the second time to pick it up, I noticed they swapped the front and back tires. They explained their logic of smaller tires go on the back which makes sense until you look at the tread pattern. The front tire had a steer tire tread pattern it. They offered to swap them but at this point, I was frustrated and did not want to leave my bike again and didn’t have time to wait.

  Exceptional customer service. Mitch and Mike were super helpful and very knowledgeable about bikes and trials in the area. Nice clean bike shop too, they have this awesome map of all the trails from MTB , road bikes, ebikes. Go check them out
