- BBBen BermanApr 24, 20261.0Pretty disappointed with this experience. I booked the Swing Evaluation based on how it is marketed as a structured, data driven session with TrackMan, but I was surprised and disappointed that the report only included one swing. Maybe that's standard, but I had expected the instructor to compile multiple swings across different clubs, especially given how the service is described. Instead, I only received a single shot. Also before the lesson, I was asked via text what I wanted to work on and I responded with specific goals. When I responded I never got any reply, which already made the experience feel a little disconnected. During the lesson, the instructor was solid in person and answered questions well. No issue there. The problem was - in my opinion - no meaningful follow up, no breakdown I could actually use, and no real improvement plan provided afterward. What was delivered didn't match what I had high hopes for. I was hoping the value of this type of lesson is not just the hour in person, it is what you take away afterward, and I thought that part was essentially missing. For the price, this felt incomplete and misleading relative to how it is presented. I think I would have felt better about everything if I received a full Trackman report or if the instructor never told me that so my expectations weren't raised so high. Now I just never want to go back here again.

He taught me a lot of simple things that will help me out this season (and beyond) and kept things positive at all times. The track man data is very helpful too. Highly recommend Jack and 5 iron for anyone in DC looking to improve their golf game.
