With no time to plan and no family to celebrate with we decided to take her bowling for the first time, just the three of us. The bowling alley itself is cool. The arcade part is big, the food was delicious, the lanes are plentiful with screens everywhere but the crown jewel of this location is far and away the staff. Every single staff member went out of their way to make her feel special. They kept our cake cold until we were ready for it, lit the candles and the whole staff came out with the cake to sing happy birthday for her. They even gave her plushies as presents and everyone signed a bowling pin for her to keep. The kindness was so abundant and genuine. As a mama who was worried her daughter wouldn’t feel special on her birthday my heart is bursting with gratitude for each and every person on the staff. There are other bowling alleys around but not for us. This is our spot and we will be making bowling at Bowlero Wallingford a regular event. Thank you all so very much. We’ll be seeing you all again soon.

- JCJustin CombsJul 16, 20261.0Place is very nice overall. Only complaint is sometimes you go there and the lanes are bone dry…ruins your game completely and wastes your money. Please would you keep your lanes oiled as I want to keep coming for years to come. Update: even though I started seeing maintenance guys there finally I went today and my lane was bone dry…again. I said to them I would give it one more chance but now again my time and money was wasted…I didn’t even bother finishing the second game of three I paid for as there was zero evidence of oil on my ball and my game was going horrible. Also keep in mind I found an identical review from 6 months ago and heard league members actively complaining about dry lanes so it’s obviously not just a coincidence. I do not plan on ever coming back and if your even a little serious about bowling you should try some other bowling alley chain not Bowlero. Thank you for trying to help but it’s obviously not working.
