I’ve been going to Rumble for over half a year, and everything was great until I started experiencing issues with the billing and credit system. The class structure is fun and engaging, and you definitely get a great workout. However, the billing cycle and credit policies are incredibly confusing and rigid, and the rules seem designed to make it as easy as possible for customers to lose their credits. First, there are no reminders to use your credits, so you have to keep track of your billing cycle yourself. In shorter months, you have to squeeze all your credits into a shorter timeframe, while in longer months, you may be left without credits to use. This disrupts my training routine because I essentially have to plan my workouts around Rumble’s billing cycle rather than my own schedule. Even though Rumble allows you to book classes two weeks in advance, those classes automatically expire if you need to reschedule them. You also can’t cancel within 12 hours without being forced to be charged a $20 fee to retrieve the credit. If you have a busy workday and unexpectedly need to stay late, you’re basically punished with a no-show fee. And even after paying to retrieve the credit, you have only 10 days to use it before it expires again. Honestly, how is anyone supposed to keep track of all these different rules and cycle dates? I also want to mention my experience with the manager, Eric. I had always thought he was kind and helpful, but when I reached out to clarify my billing issue, his tone was condescending. I felt like I was being treated as though I was interrupting him and simply failing to understand the rules. And yes, I was confused—but that’s exactly the problem. The billing and credit policies are inherently confusing, and the fact that customers need a manager to explain them is a sign that the system could be much clearer and more customer-friendly. It’s really disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed the workouts and was a loyal customer for more than six months. Unfortunately, I’m now leaving not because of the classes, but because of the frustrating policies and the way I was treated when I tried to get clarity. Rumble is literally losing a customer who enjoyed the product because of an unnecessarily complicated billing system and poor customer service.

i recently went to the intro class at rumble. i think the studio is great and love the class format, but i have a complaint about the intro class. it was advertised as a 45 minute intro class, but only lasted 25 minutes. you have to purchase hand wraps for $25 before class and then you don’t even get the benefit of taking a full class. i like boxing and would like to continue, but this intro experience did sour me on the studio a bit.
