- AFAntonia FloresApr 28, 20261.0I wasn’t very satisfied with my experience at this place. Eric came across as a bit sarcastic and not very polite during my visit. I felt pressured to purchase a specific $25 wrap, even after explaining that I preferred to bring my own. When I brought one from the store, I was told it wasn’t the correct type and was again encouraged to buy the more expensive option. I understand recommendations are part of the service, but I didn’t feel comfortable with the approach. In the end, I chose not to proceed. I don't recommend this place. Customer Service is not great!

I am 60 yo and in decent shape for my age but have some of the usual knee pains. I was pleasantly surprised with the program and its instructors. I had Everett for my free intro class and have mostly opted for his classes since I found him to be patient and motivational. There was nothing I couldn’t do and it was easy to adjust to achieve my own pace. I have been doing it for over a month once a week and it has been excellent for both my cardio and upper/lower conditioning. It’s a great group. I suggest you at least try it. You won’t be disappointed.
