- ZCz. c.Sep 26, 20262.0Im disappointed in this location. I bought a pair of used shoes in their resale department. They were gently used sneakers. They didnt last more than a few months. The manager would not give me a discount or refund. I never had an issue with REI in my life. First time ever.
- ENErica NewhouseAug 13, 20265.0This is the best REI. Super helpful staff and when I had an issue with my Thule a team member helped me solve the problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. The best.
- AKAbelino KingAug 7, 20265.0To REI crew, you are all so amazing and welcoming and very nice big shout to the bike crew in the back for helping me fix my seat-post it was impossible for me to do cause it wouldn’t not move, took a while to fix but you guys made it work I appreciate it a lot and the hard work you did. The silver seat-post actually looks good with the new trek seat, lights, new tire, bottle & cages thank you.
