Your staff has always impressed me with their knowledge and their ability to help me choose the proper gear. My friend had an experience the other day who told me that the store is manager had somewhat harsh, confrontational attitude. I think the customers should always be treated the way most of your employees treat them. In this instance. I was somewhat surprised that this employee who manages the store does not think that the customer comes first and should be treated with kindness and respect. i’m sure you could find somebody more deserving of the position who appreciates the customers who walked through the door and purchased the equipment in REI. I hope not to have this experience myself. I hope that I continue to be impressed by your staff and that the managers could lead by example by having a good attitude.
