  This is the best REI. Super helpful staff and when I had an issue with my Thule a team member helped me solve the problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. The best.

  To REI crew, you are all so amazing and welcoming and very nice big shout to the bike crew in the back for helping me fix my seat-post it was impossible for me to do cause it wouldn’t not move, took a while to fix but you guys made it work I appreciate it a lot and the hard work you did. The silver seat-post actually looks good with the new trek seat, lights, new tire, bottle & cages thank you.

  Beverly helped me find a pair of hiking shoes. While they didn't have what she suggested I needed in the store, she spent a lot of time finding them on-line, had me try on a similar pair to ensure size and fit and the store ordered them, shipped to home for me. They just arrived and they are great. People like Beverly are why I am a long-time REI customer.

  Store has a good selection of apparel and equipment. Offers bike repair which I found to be very knowledgeable. Service in general.ia great.

  As an Asian, one of the white female staff at the shoe area treated me very differently than the rest of customers and did not offer any help when I was choosing my hiking shoes. Her attitude was bad.
