- LVLara Vernon4 days ago2.0This is one of the worst "bowling" alleys I've ever been to. The lanes are *not* oiled despite what management says. The pins are the kind that get reset by string. If you enjoy bowling at any kind of decent level DO NOT come here. I normally get 150+ at proper lanes and the best I could get here was 30-50 because the ball would zip right into the gutter with any spin at all. What a total ripoff. It also took 15+ minutes to get a bottle of water that I ordered. Just heinous.
- TZTing An Zhuang4 days ago1.0We had a very disappointing experience because of one of the servers, who I believe was named Devin (Hispanic, skinny, with curly hair tied in a ponytail). When we were ordering, there was some confusion about one of the taco combo meals. Instead of helping clarify the menu, Devin became unnecessarily aggressive toward my husband. He then abruptly said he would get us a different server and walked away without ever returning or telling anyone else to help us. After waiting for quite a while, my sister-in-law had to find Devin herself just to ask who was supposed to be serving our table. Only then did another server finally come over and take our order. Unfortunately, the poor service didn’t end there. Later, my brother-in-law needed help setting up the bowling bumpers for the kids. Devin happened to walk by, so he politely asked if he could assist. Devin’s only response was, “I am not your server,” before walking away without offering any help or directing us to someone who could. Even if he was no longer assigned to our table, basic customer service and common courtesy would have been to either help or point us to the appropriate employee. Instead, his attitude throughout our visit was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Thankfully, the server who eventually took over our table was polite and helpful. However, Devin’s behavior left such a negative impression that it overshadowed the rest of our visit. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way over a simple question about the menu.

Today I forgot my physical pass card in person and I was nervous I would have to return home to get it because my phone numbers I THOUGHT were linked to my account weren’t coming up in the system! Luckily the fantastic Justin was able to help me out and sort out this problem where I enjoyed my two games and arcade points! Big shoutout to Justin

- AVAlexandra VJun 24, 20264.0This was my first time at Bowlero, and I really liked the atmosphere in the bowling area! I liked that the lanes were darker and had a ‘night bowl’ feel (it was mid afternoon when we went.) The Paloma I had was made well, and we did not get food. Bowling was a bit on the pricier side, but it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t go back. We had the kids with us, and the kids had a great time! The arcade was alright, a lot of the machines were down. But they had a decent amount that were working, loud and bright! Bathrooms were clean for the most part, and the bowling alley was clean in general. I didn’t love how I wasn’t able to walk over to the bar and order a drink, and felt a bit rushed by the ‘server’ that was assigned to us (we were still in the beginning of our game when he rushed us to close our tab, and get us to buy an arcade card.) I’m not sure if that’s what he was told to do or not so I won’t hold it against him. They seem like they have a nice establishment there! I would bring the kids there again.
