  Looking for a roof rack for 2 kayaks… seems to be getting ‘pricy and complicated’ with ‘systems that you build’ … was literally told, ‘you might consider the time you’ll be keeping your car for the customized investment you’ll be making “… Ah, I think this trend has gotten a bit out of hand. I know the gear is high quality. Thule. Very reputable. Yakima - Western brand was new to me - but even - higher quality? Apologies, I was looking for something more generic and universal. It was recommended to ‘Check with the Auto dealership for what roof racks they provide’ Hot tip: They may even be 50% less than these Tip 2: Walmart 2-Kayak rack is $45 vs…. $200 for the Dick’s Sporting Goods or several hundred for an REI system !

  I always love going into this store! Great product selection and great staff. I've been going since they opened, and all great experiences. But my most recent purchase and support was above and beyond. I purchased a paddle board online for in store pick up and the included pump was damaged. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the entire purchase, so I called the store and spoke to Ryan. While they didn't sell that exact pump individually or had anything comparable in stock, Ryan offered to order a comparable one directly to me. I really appreciate Ryans quick support! Than you!

  Needed to return boots I had purchased here for my daughter- they were advertised as being waterproof but failed spectacularly; getting soaked through from walking in wet grass for 15 minutes (no standing water). Got a full refund, and a recommendation on a much more rugged pair of boots for her. Took the new boots out the same day, and my daughter's feet remained 100% dry through the same wet grass on the same hike. 10/10 amazing customer service and great recommendation on the boots.
