  These guys (Mike in repairs) is a super star. I went in because I have two bikes which needed servicing and I thought I was going to need to drop it off and come back for it, but Mike took care of me immediately and solved my issues. He was quick and efficient and got me back on the road. The store has all kinds of electric and high end bikes, but they also have some reasonably priced bike which a beginner like me could avail himself to. If you’re looking for a bike, check them out. If you need repairs, they should definitely be your go to store. Thanks Mike for the professional service you provided.

  We’ve had three very weird/bad experiences here. So honestly, it’s our fault for returning. With my older son they sold us a bike that was completely the wrong size, we had our doubts- but went with it… they sounded pretty convincing… we should have know it was just shifty sales people. 6 months later we had to get an new bike the trade in is was not worth how little we used the bike! They did not have any decent options in the new size we were looking for. We went to REI it was a night and day experience- so it was my fault for ever coming back here. My husband returned to buy a bike for our younger son. I was massively apprehensive about it- but my husband said he’d be sure the size was right. We got the bike size seems right, but our son was having a lot of balance issues. It was so serious we spoke with an Occupational Therapist… as we were concerned maybe there is something wrong with him. Right away the OT clocked the handle bar position was WAY too low…. And of course, the bike we were sold can’t be adjusted. Now- it’s my husbands fault for not making sure the bike could be adjusted- but who sells a kids bike that can’t be adjusted? The shop told us WE were wrong about the handle bars, and begrudgingly ordered a part to address the issue. We had to keep calling to check and see if the part had come in the adjust the bike. Once it did arrive we dropped the bike off ASAP and were told we’d get a text in a few hours as soon as it was fixed. It’s now almost 4pm and of course we had not heard a thing from this place. We called and called them, and of course, they had not worked on the bike all day. VERY long story short- when it comes to kids bikes- THIS PLACE IS AN OVER PRICED SCAM. I can’t speak to adult bikes, but when our older son needed an adult sized bike we met to REI, it was 1/2 the price and customer service was 200% better. I strongly suggest checking out any place else out before here.
