I dropped my 11 yo son's bike for repair and they tried to upcharge to $225. That was first bad sign. When I told them to do just repair, they said three days due to part order. No one called after 3 days. I called back and it became two more days then another 3 days...they never did repair and I imagine forgot to order part but never told me. Not once over that week did anyone call me. I have two kids and wife who were looking for bikes and now they will never get my business
