UBX delivers a unique mix of boxing and strength training across a 12 round circuit: 6 rounds of boxing bagwork or padwork with a coach, and 6 rounds involving a combination of functional strength, cardio and conditioning movements. Each day is different and expertly programmed by a team of experts.
We offer the ultimate flexibility so you can get the most out of your membership. Our flexible start times mean you don’t have to book ahead, plus you can mix up your workouts to include 1-on-1 support during Coached Hours, independent training during Extended Access or workout anytime, anywhere with our On Demand app.

I have nothing but great things to say about this young man, I’ve been more active on my day to day thanks to him. Not only does he help train but also helps with giving my daughter and I great advice. Overall this gym and all their staff have been nothing but absolutely helpful and lovely towards my family. Look forward to going to this gym every week.
