At Villari's Martial Arts Centers, our professional martial arts instructors help develop self-confidence, self-esteem, and respect for students of all ages and abilities. Whether we’re helping your child develop coordination and self-discipline or helping you manage your health and relieve stress, Villari’s opens our arms to students of all skill levels! We use our Shaolin Kempo Karate system to incorporate mind, body, and spirit as we strengthen students. Villari’s believes that effective self-defense requires not only good physical technique, but confidence as well. That’s why we use positive reinforcement techniques and goal setting to help our students develop a strong self-image. Our classes are grouped based on age and ability with varied focuses at all levels. Students as young as three years old are taught coordination and discipline by professional martial arts instructors while adult group classes concentrate on physical fitness in a positive and fun atmosphere! Whatever your age or skill level, Villari’s Martial Arts Centers can help you master good health and confidence!

    My daughter started Martial Arts about 4 months ago and it's been great for her. Shes very energetic, loud and outgoing that struggled with focus; making this the perfect environment for her! Its helped her channel some of her energy and helped her greatly with self control. Most importantly (for her specifically) she's improved at home and school with respect and self discipline! Looking forward to continued progress!

    It is incredible to see how much my 6yr old son has grown since starting karate over six months ago. What began as a way to channel his energy has turned into a deeply rewarding journey, with his confidence skyrocketing both on and off the mat. He carries himself with a new sense of pride. The discipline he practices during training has carried over into his everyday life, teaching him how to focus, listen, and manage his impulses. Seeing him transform into a more confident, focused, and resilient little boy has been absolutely wonderful

    Villari's Martial Arts Center has done so much for my nephews.(Aaron & Jack Carlin) They are incredibly skilled teachers and these two have grown and developed so much since they started. Not to mention how much more disciplined they are. It's amazing what they have learned since they started and how excited they are to keep learning.. as a part time care giver for them on their days off from school it's a lot of fun .. they've become so much more respectful and helpful at home and with their two other siblings. I highly recommend any one that is looking for something for their child to do this is the best place to go.. they have tournaments and fun nights .. birthday parties.. I can't tell you enough how much my nephews love this place.. Thank you to Villari's for helping turn my nephews into thriving adventurous growing children that beam with pride.
