  God almighty can the staff not get along here. They’re constantly yelling at each other in the bar/ restaurant area. I get scared to ask for anything because it’ll start an argument. Not coming here again. My experience is ruined…….. Update: I forgot to mention the pretty lady (wearing black and had black hair) at the front service counter with the piercing made my experience so much better, such a kind soul. Please give her some recognition because she literally saved this review from 1 star to 3 ! Please give her credit. She was the only nice one there.

  I’ve never been to a Bowlero before, but my friends who were visiting said this one is WAY nicer than the one they go to back home in California. I loved it! Very spacious, clean, excellent customer service. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back.

  We went a while back with gift cards from Costco but unfortunately they did not work. The manager saw they were brand new and were opened in front of them, but said the gift cards were not working and thus we had to pay out of pocket. I can understand there be a technical glitch. But a serious issue like a faulty gift card should be the absolute top priority and should be handled directly with other partner vendors. It's crazy that a manager basically said "sorry nothing we can do" rather than proactively reaching out and understanding what type of issue or glitch was occurring, and at best following up with our group. It's a bummer we had this experience because now I'm not sure if those gift cards are a good idea to gift others or to use for ourselves. I can only imagine how challenging it would be if just a group of younger kids go with only a gift card on hand. Big disappointment and just be careful if you go in with gift cards. The Manager will unfortunately do little to help you on the spot.

  I had to come to this bowlero today due to the power outage at my usual bowling alley. I dont normally like coming to this because of how maintenance on the lanes had been previously but today changed my mind. Approaches felt great and didnt have a problem with my lane the whole time. Will come back more often
