The staff was on top of our needs even with a tournament going on. We saved A LOT of money by going through them directly instead of going online or going through bowlero. Couldn't ask for a better party for our kiddo.

They also have a kitchen and bar. The staff is very friendly and the place was really clean. This place is managed well. Shout out the the owner, Patrick. We all had a great time and can't wait to visit Sonesta Lanes again.

To top it off, Amber and Janet (Bartenders) are awesome! They went above and beyond ensuring that each customer had what they needed. They are friendly super engaging with the customers. I usually don't bowl here but, I will be back!

I won't even bother getting a drink because the service is that bad and $6 for one way too sugary drink is bonkers. At this rate I don't care what the sign on their door says I'll bring my own water. The only decent service member on that team I think his name is Josh, and unfortunately he wasn't working today. Bear in mind I've bowled hundreds if not thousands of games at AMF Sonesta alone it wasn't always like this. Which today just put it to bed, their customer service stinks. Today is national bowling day apparently, so they were having an even better special than normal. It was supposed to be all you can bowl 11am-6pm for about $7. I wasn't about to bowl until 6pm, but I got two frames into a game at about 2:10pm and my lane shuts off, your session is over go to the counter. This was after I was taking a break from the seven or so games I had already bowled which I had decided to get a drink while taking a break. Waited at the counter, and checked the bar for 2-5 minutes. Decided to go to the restroom and come back. Came back waited another 2-5 minutes and nothing. The weekend before last I waited at least 5 minutes for a water. Last week I was actually able to get the aforementioned way too sugary dragon fruit lemonade pretty quickly. Why put a time limit at anything before 6pm when it's supposed to be ALL YOU CAN BOWL? You can easily restart the lane if you want to use it and the patron has left. Also, why not check your counters every few minutes at the most? You're definitely not going to keep people coming in without providing service! Another pet peeve is not even mentioning and quickly explaining one lane courtesy! It's a safety thing! Granted today, for me, there was enough room to avoid the issue. This past Thursday is another story. If someone on either side of you is on the lane bowling, wait until they return to the pit area before you start your setup and approach. That is, one lane courtesy, simple and safe.
