It was a super easy and efficient rental process. While we were out riding the trail we ran into their team member Zach who was out riding the trail to swap out a bike to another group whose bike broke down. Pretty impressed that they've got your back like that. We rented from them twice during our visit and couldn't have been happier. We'll definitely be back!
