  We had such a great experience at Lucky Strike! Davis was incredibly helpful and kind when we had an issue with one of the claw machines. He came over right away, assisted us, and made the whole experience so much better with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. The entire place was clean, gorgeous, and had such a fun atmosphere. You can tell the staff truly care about the guests. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  We came here to celebrate a birthday on Saturday night, expecting a fun and lively atmosphere. Surprisingly, the place was nearly empty—no other guests at the tables, booths, or lounge—while several employees stood around. We were directed to order through a kiosk, where I got an alcoholic drink, a milkshake, and pretzels and fries. My drink arrived first, but then we waited about 30 minutes with no sign of our food. After I used the “Where is my food?” button on the kiosk, the order suddenly appeared—cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The milkshake came last, which was disappointing and felt out of order. To make matters worse, my drink seemed to have little to no alcohol in it. We didn’t raise a complaint at the time because we were trying to enjoy the celebration, and no staff member checked in on us to give us the opportunity to say anything. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a major letdown. What we hoped would be a fun birthday outing turned out to be disappointing from start to finish.

  Great food! Rolled into town late on a Sunday night and no one was open for food. Someone pointed us in the direction of lucky strike, and it did not disappoint. Great double smash burger and the fries are perfect!

  All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful, but they gave us top shelf booze in our drinks even though we didn't ask for it so that ended up costing us extra. The food was decent. The house balls are only even-numbered weights (6, 8, 10, 12, 14) and unfortunately for me the medium holes are too small and the large holes are too big so I can't bowl as well as I usually do. The furniture on the lanes is comfy but kind of crowded so you're always having to squeeze past someone or waiting for them to get out of the way. The whole place is rather large and there's plenty of parking, so it will easily accommodate whatever size group you show up with. It wasn't very full when we were there which was nice and relaxing. I imagine it can be quite a zoo when there are a lot of people there.
