- RRReagan Roberts2 days ago2.0Dropped of my board to get tuned up on August 15th. It’s September 2nd and I haven’t even had communication about the board. Poor service.
- DSDaniel StemAug 28, 20261.0Went to store to buy water bottles. Walked up front to the counter and stood there while the cashier helps some teenager try on snowboard helmets which she could have easily done herself stood there for about 5 minutes walked out will not return

When I finally went for a mountain bike ride, I noticed the brakes would not lock up on my first ride and were super weak. I took the bike in a month and half after I bought it. They said I had to take it within a month for any warranty. They said they would bleed them, it actually was worse. I took them to another bike repair shop and said the brakes are bad and need to be replaced. I will never buy anything from here again. Go to a real bike shop.

I came in with many questions about renting a snowboard for the season and Kevin took the time to answer all of my questions and recommend a board that actually fit my skill level. It really helps talking with someone that actually wants to help you find the right board for your style and not just get you out of the door. This guy really knows his stuff. For anyone looking for a new board or a great chat with a great guy, visit Kevin at this location.
