Once I discovered that it was done differently, I brought it in, and they fixed it up same day at no charge. Big thanks to the bike shop!

I stopped by hoping to find a Yakima faring, which was out of stock, but Roger helped me with a used kayak rack and recommended the hood tiedown accessory that makes tying down the bow so much safer on my 2020 Chevy Colorado. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about overland equipment and bicycle racks. It was refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my adventures, he deserves the Anderson Award for sure. Thank you Roger!
- AVAndy VotawSep 10, 20261.0My recent experience there while trying to address the return and warranty of poorly manufactured Hoka trail runners was horrible. The manager on duty was unwilling to accept the return and made no other attempts to give any customer service at all. I'm a 32 year REI Coop member and expect to be treated better. Amazing that she didnt even look up my customer information or take time to find a solution. Awful customer service and she needs better training!
