  We have been coming in for about a year and the staff is consistently honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kirsten sold us the bike and was very friendly and answered all our questions. Everyone in service has also been great! Joe in service was really nice and helpful the last time we were in, he showed my son how to check the brake pads and explained all about the brakes and maintenance. Chris did the work on the bike and it came back to us promptly as promised, clean and working like new! Thank you!

  Matty was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. My bike is running better than ever and the turnaround time was great, even on a walk in. I felt very welcome and look forward to going back next time I have a bike related need!

  We had an amazing experience with Matty at the Trek store Highlands Ranch! His customer service was absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we needed. We actually ended up buying something we hadn't even planned on purchasing because of how exceptional the experience was. We highly recommend this shop for bike repairs, no matter what brand of bike you have. And if you're looking to get professionally fitted so your bike is perfectly adjusted to you, this is definitely the place to go. Thanks again, Matty, for the phenomenal service!

  I gave the Trek Bicycle Highlands Ranch store a 10 because my experience with the entire team has been absolutely first class in every aspect. One of the things I appreciate most is the feel of the store itself. It’s large enough to offer everything I need, yet small enough that I always feel like I’ll receive personal attention and genuine customer service whenever I walk in. It reminds me very much of the Trek store I worked with in Laguna Niguel, California. Up until about six months ago, I had almost exclusively purchased Specialized bicycles and products. However, after a negative experience with a Specialized dealer in Laguna Niguel, I decided to check out the Trek store there instead. That decision completely changed my perspective. The team cared about me, cared about my experience, and worked incredibly hard to set me up with a Project One Speed Concept triathlon bike that I have been extremely happy with. Finding the same level of professionalism, knowledge, and care here at Trek Highlands Ranch has been fantastic. It has truly been a mirror experience of what made me such a loyal Trek customer in California. My first experience at the Highlands Ranch location was with Cam, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He seems to know everything there is to know about bicycles and triathlon equipment. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and overall customer care have been outstanding. The team consistently finishes work on time, follows up when they say they will, and delivers exactly the type of experience I would expect from a truly professional bicycle shop. I also want to recognize Kristin at the front desk. She has been equally impressive. As an experienced Ironman competitor, she has shared valuable firsthand advice regarding nutrition products and race preparation for my upcoming triathlons. It’s incredibly helpful to work with people who not only sell the products, but who actively live and compete in the sport themselves. Because of experiences like these, I will absolutely continue using the Trek Bicycle Highlands Ranch store, and I strongly encourage anyone looking for a bike shop to give them a try. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work.
