  Garrett is a boss! Deep knowledge of bikes and recommended only on-sale items for me. Amazing!!! Everyone at REI has such deep expertise and is so friendly/helpful!

  I was just there to get my bike fixed yesterday, I’d actually walked for over an hour with a flat. I felt so lucky just to find an REI, but I ended up leaving the store feeling so happy because the two guys at the bike shop were literally the kindest people ever. I wish I could remember their names because they totally deserve recognition. They were young (in their 30s?) and I know one of them climbs. Anyway, I just wanted to take a sec to appreciate people who make you feel seen and valued while they’re doing their jobs. Thank you so much! Left the store in such a good mood.

  Great staff and really good products. There membership is the best deal out there and the employees are always super helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything I've bought here has been useful and made all the difference weather I'm deep in the wilderness or glamping, road tripping, or just needing some cool gear to haul around the country.

  I visited REI this past Sunday (5/3/2026) around 4:30 ish to pick up a new Patagonia backpack and had a fantastic experience. A huge shoutout to Amanda (I hope I got the right name) the associate who helped me! She was incredibly friendly, greeted me with a great smile, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just sell me the bag she actually took the time to show me how to use the specific strap system on my Patagonia pack to ensure it fit perfectly and to find it where the location is. She made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with how it felt before I left. It’s rare to find that level of personalized service. Thank you, Amanda, for making my purchase so easy and enjoyable!
