  I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location thanks to Alph for the exceptional customer service. I came in looking to upgrade my camping set-up, and he ensured I found the sleeping bag and pad that was best fit for me and my lifestyle. Very knowledgeable and gave genuine advice! Will be returning to this location for all future shopping!

  Great REI Super organized and spacious. The downtown one has more inventory but I prefer this one for quick stop through to grab something.

  I came in with my toddler to buy a new three person tent, a new rain jacket, high ankle waterproof hiking boots, and a new snow suit for my him. After wandering around for 5-6 mins without anyone asking me if I needed help, I found someone who looked to be a manager. As I walked up to ask where rain jackets are I was greeted with “what”. Not what can I help you with, not what are you looking for, just WHAT. I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional this lady was. I was going to spend $1,500 - $2,000 at this store but now I will be buying everything online. Not only will I never come to this REI again, I will never go to any REI again. On top of that, I will tell all of my friends and family to avoid all REIs. If I could give zero stars, I would. No wonder retail is dying.

  I don’t like this REI. I stopped here because it was the closest REI to where I was at the time. I brought in a tent, that I purchased from REI, because I am having issues with it. I stood by the front counter for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was there. They saw me, a few walked right past me. No greeting, nothing. I walked back out carrying my tent and they just watched me leave. This was just before noon on 27 August 2026.
