  The staff are very annoying. You should have only one employee (perhaps an asset protection employee) stationed at the entrance to ask people entering if they need help, not a half dozen staff throughout the store acosting customers; those staff should *not* be asking customers if they need help. They should just be available, doing whatever it is they do, so that a customer can come to them. Customers aren't idiots, they already know they can come to staff for help.
