But maybe best of all, Trent and the entire service team are knowledgeable, friendly, talented, fast and completely unpretentious. As a 49 year old woman, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to NOT be immediately be questioned, dismissed, patronized, etc. Many shops have not figured that out. This one has. 🙌🏽🚲 I took my gravel bike in yesterday, told Trent what was going on. He was able to replace my bottom bracket within an hour, offering me several options/price points. He also suggested I replace my rear bearings - not in an annoying-upselling way. I was able to take my bike, order the new bearings (again, options were presented) and schedule a time to drop it off that would allow me to keep riding it for now. I was also able to pick up a few Father’s Day presents for my husband while I was waiting. Great assistance from the friendly sales associate too! Bonus.
