Here from IL and on two separate occasions, I needed a minor part for mounting lights and they just gave me the minor parts I needed. The third visit I needed a minor derailleur adjustment and they squared me away on the spot! I ended up buying shoes just out of gratitude and Dillon was very helpful with the sizing.
