They always make me feel like I’m getting in the way of something more important. They double billed my debit card and the second transaction wasn’t released for 6 days. My refund also wasn’t credited back to my account for 5 days. I purchased new shoes and they did an exchange with a pair I had ordered shipped to the store and the new pair doesn’t show in my purchase history. I can only imagine what happens if you pay cash here, probably would have to wait a month for a refund check 😅
