    I stopped in recently to get a head start on finding some new ski boots. I was fortunate enough to encounter Owen working there. He spent quite a bit of time with me, hearing my perspective of being "hard to fit," talking with me about solutions that I might find in various brands and features, and trying on a boot he recommended. I learned a lot and never felt rushed. I was very grateful for his expertise and advice, and lack of pressure to make a decision immediately. Thanks to Owen for the top-notch customer service.

    I have had excellent service in the past so this review only represents this trip. I just wanted to drop a tire to be mounted. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, had employees look toward me then walk to the back room. I witnessed others around the store and at the cash register having a similar experience. I guess there is new management??

    Have been coming here for years to see BILL the MAGIC BOOT GURU! He can fix anything, fits boots perfectly, has the BEST advice, and throws in a lot of laughs along the way. The entire staff is helpful and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend for your skiing needs!
