She’s rude , unclean , has zero knowledge of outdoor products (didn’t even know what a pop up tent is ) hangs up the phone on customers and mocks them . DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! If none of us shop here they will be forced OUT !!

- JKJason KosolaMar 26, 20262.0Sometimes part of good customer service is knowing when to leave a customer alone. I wish this store understood this. Every time I'm in the store I am constantly bombarded with employees asking me if I need help finding something. Sometimes three or four employees within a matter of 5 minutes will ask me if I need help. Or the same employee will ask me if I need help two or three times seemingly not understanding that they just asked me that 2 minutes ago. It's a bit excessive, it feels like harassment, and it makes shopping at this store unpleasurable.
