Unfortunately, my recent return experience didn’t reflect that. Todd was rude and dismissive, and the interaction felt highly inappropriate. I won’t let one bad employee ruin my view of REI, but this was disappointing and not what I expect from a store I’ve trusted for so long.

I was right, they didn't have it, but the gentleman who helped me in the shoe/boot section was very patient and helpful in answering my questions.
