Man o man, that crew over there at Cherry Creek, or as any true O.G. knows the place, Monaco Lanes transform a normal night throwing balls at sticks into something truly magical. My old brain deletes names as quickly as I hear them it seems, so hopefully whoever likes to respond to these can tell me the names of the Female manager and particularly sweet and attentive female server who I am extra disappointed I didn't remember her name. Truly exceptional customer service skills and made me feel like she was my private concierge even though it was quite obvious she had her hands full. And then the Male bartender, the gentleman making lane calls and then playing photographer before heading back to the desk to greet new guests with a welcoming smile, and the male server who was leaving when I got there but has been a gem himself in past visits. All 5 of these individuals were Voltron tonight! Truly a well oiled machine. Please include the names of these exemplary ambassadors of the Lucky Strike Brand in whatever reply you produce. So I can edit my review and be less vague. I walked in the door a fan of bowling and because of these wonderful souls, I left with smidgen more hope for the fate of humanity. BRAVA! My friend and I ended up at the Cherry Creek Lucky Strike after a very disappointing experience at the Northfield location earlier that evening. We had driven about 4 hours from Grand Junction specifically to bowl and had reserved a lane at Northfield the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived we discovered they use string pin bowling rather than traditional free fall pins, which was never made clear to us when booking online. We tried it, but after only a couple throws we knew it was not the bowling experience we had traveled all that way for. Thankfully, the staff helped transfer us over to the Cherry Creek location, and from the moment we arrived our entire night turned around. Andrea, the manager, already knew about our situation and treated us incredibly well. She was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. After such a frustrating start to the evening, it was really nice to feel like someone genuinely cared about making things right. A huge thank you to Andrea for taking care of us! Our server Riley was also awesome. He had a broken arm in a sling and was literally doing his job with only his good arm, yet he was still working hard and clearly taking a lot of pride in what he does. What really stood out was near the end of the night, around midnight and close to closing time, we watched him going through the entire bowling alley organizing all of the house balls by color on every rack across all 40 lanes. He was doing all of that one-handed! Looking down the alley afterward with every rack organized by color actually looked really cool. That kind of effort and attention to detail, especially at midnight while working with one arm, says a lot about someone. Riley is a gem! Most importantly, Cherry Creek had the traditional bowling experience we had been looking forward to. Real free fall pins, great lanes, a great atmosphere, and everything actually felt like bowling again. We sincerely hope they never get rid of the traditional free fall pins at this location. Switching these lanes over to string pins would completely ruin the experience for bowlers like us and take away one of the biggest reasons we would come back. The beer was a little on the expensive side, but overall that was a minor complaint compared to how much we enjoyed the location, the bowling, and especially the service. There was one other negative part of the night that I do think management should know about. There was a very loud and disrespectful family nearby who appeared to have been drinking heavily. Their behavior kept getting louder and more disruptive as the night went on, and in our opinion they probably should have been asked to leave well before things escalated. By the time we were leaving, they were arguing and fighting out in the parking lot. It made us uncomfortable enough that we rushed to our truck and got out of there. That was really the only part of the Cherry Creek experience that put a damper on the night, and hopefully situations like that are handled a little sooner in the future. Andrea, Riley, and the rest of the Cherry Creek staff completely saved our night. What started out as a pretty frustrating experience ended up being a really fun evening because of how well we were treated here. And one more huge thank you to Andrea for the way she handled everything. We really appreciated it. If we make another trip to Denver to bowl, Cherry Creek Lucky Strike will absolutely be the location we come back to.

Did a family outing out of the blue after not bowling for so many years. My sisters and I had so much fun and took advantage of their Sunday special so we could all we wanted for a very reasonable price. Would definitely go again!

Riley was a gentleman and a scholar. Hand crafted my experience unlike any server I've ever had. If I ever have children I will name my first child Riley. And if I ever have a second child they will also be named Riley. It's gonna be super confusing for all of us but I would do anything for this man

I love this place. There’s nothing like bowling at a fun, welcoming establishment. The summer discounts are great, and the staff has always treated us with kindness. Even though we’re not in a league, they make us feel like part of the bowling community. The other patrons are great too. It’s a welcoming environment where everyone is simply having fun. We always enjoy ourselves and will definitely continue to be repeat customers.
