- CHCharley HatcherMay 12, 20261.0Made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a black woman going into pick up her first guns. I was met with confusion, and hostility as soon as I walked in. Not only that, they canceled my order without letting me know why. I asked the store 5 times before I left will my still order be here when I come back. Was told yes, just for them to cancel my order soon as I left. Was also told that they “called and left me a message.” To let me know my guns we’re in. Which they never did. My husband was the one to tell me they were in. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to a woman and especially not a woman of color.
