As someone who is still learning about bikes, I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed, not intimidated or like I should already know everything. Unfortunately, that's not always the experience I've had at other bike shops, but Jacob made a huge difference. His customer service was outstanding, and it's clear he genuinely cares about the company and helping people. Because of him, I'll definitely be returning to this store for future biking needs and would highly recommend both Jacob and the Trek team to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and professional service.
