The staff is super knowledgeable and passionate, ready to help you find what you’re looking for. There was no pressure to purchase, and a definite effort to find the perfect fit. I recently went to pick my bike up after my first year tune up service, unknowingly showing up 15 min after closing. Waldo and the rest of the crew even let me sneak in to pick up my bike even though I’m sure everyone was ready to go home. It’s nice having such a friendly, professional shop so close to home.
