Was shopping for an e-mountain bike and the woman who worked there was very helpful in helping me decide which model/size to get. By the time I decided to buy it (after it had gone on sale), they were out of my size. I found it at a store in a different state, and had it shipped out to Trek in Boulder, where they put it together for me at a very reasonable price and the same day it arrived. When I picked it up they helped size it for me and fixed a cable issue that was not caught when it was put together, quickly and with no extra change. Overall great service from start to finish.

We came in to purchase a bike that was listed online as in stock, the Fetch 2. There was an issue with the bike so they helped us order one, which came in fairly quickly. However, every time we've come in, we have been overcharged and had to contact the store for a partial refund. The build on the bike is mediocre. We were told multiple people test rode it, however a bolt fell off when the bike was handed off and they couldn't figure out what it went to. The back lights weren't wired properly and won't work until I bring it back in due to the Bosch software. Also, through no fault of this particular store, the kids rack is backordered and not available for a couple months.

Trek was fantastic with getting the Buff Classic bag ready and NOT laughing at my Lance Livestrong Armstrong 20 year old helmet! They pointed out that it was a good idea to get a new wonderful Trek helmet to protect a 62 year old noggin and I agreed with them. Michael the Boulder Manager was super fun to work with; 5 Stars for Sure!!!! Dr. Markland

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our current trek bikes and stopped in on our travels through the area. Amy greeted us as we walked in and rather than showing us the bike we came to see (based on a recommendation from another bike dealer) she asked us some very pointed questions about how we were going to use the bikes and continued to press us as we shared what we might want to use them for. She then proceeded to show us each several bikes that she recommended and encouraged us to test ride them. On our return from the test ride she asked for feedback. Given Amy’s in-depth experience she was instrumental in both of us selecting a bike that met our needs and fit our budgetary requirements. Unfortunately the store didn’t have both bikes in our color requirements and since we are from out of state we were not able to purchase them there. We highly recommend this store and in particular Amy! Thank you, Amy!!
