  good service, reasonable price, returned all parts that were replaced, on time with when the service would be completed. Overall good experience, would take my e-bike back there again when in need of another service.

  I wish I could give another star or two to this place. I tried to transfer my old hub and spokes over to a new rim but realized after about 3 hours in that my old spokes were too short to fit the new rim and I was no wheel builder. I called around for prices on re-lacing my rim with the proper spokes and almost every bike shop in town had prices that made me regret not buying a complete wheel. Not the Trek store. When I brought the wheel in, Chris -the technician who helped me- was super informative and up front about the cost, which was incredibly fair. He told me when I could expect to get the wheel back and I got it back the exact day he promised. But wait, It gets better! Chris thought I may have fried my hub bearings but instead of just selling me bearings and a hub service, he dug a little deeper and found my end caps to just be pressed in too tightly, saving me about 75 bucks. I also ordered a tubeless rim strip and fully expected it to just come on the side for me to install when I got home.. nope. Chris installed the strip before I got there and even installed a brand new valve. In a town full of condescending bike shops with flaky turn arounds, sky high prices and pushy sales, this place is a breath of fresh air. Just another great reason to not only be a lifelong Trek customer, but a Boulder Trek Store customer.

  Good selection of quality bikes. I talked with three people (2 sales and one mechanic) while purchasing a bike for my wife and everyone was super helpful and didn't try to oversell us on a bike we didn't need. My wife is very happy with her purchase.

  The staff here are exceptional! Every time I've been in, they've been friendly, efficient, and as helpful as could be. Special shout-out to Nick, for setting me up to trial ride a Checkpoint at a group ride in Boulder a few months back. The bike is spectacular, and I couldn't be happier with it. I competed at Ned this year - my first time doing a race - and won my age category on the Silver course! If that's not a great endorsement of the new bike, I'm not sure what is. Edit to add: today Max showed me how to top off the sealant in my tubeless tires (new-to-me with this bike), and I’m so thankful to have a shop that takes such great care of my bike, and techs who are invested in helping me more confidently care for my bike myself.

  The service I receive at Trek in Boulder is incredible. I bought a bike there in May 2026 and experienced some unusual issues with the new bike. The staff at Trek Boulder listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and worked on the problem until it was fully resolved. It was a challenging situation, but they were persistent, thoughtful, and committed to finding a solution. Everyone I interacted with was supportive and professional, and in particular, Mitchell Perry and Bradley Gilmore were exceptionally helpful and continue to be whenever I come into the store. Based on the level of customer service I’ve received, I would not hesitate to buy another Trek bike from this location.
