  Don't go to Tebo to sell you metals. They low balled me an made mistakes in their calculations. They were snooty and down right rude. No service Tebo.

  Extremely unprofessional and rude employees or owner. We lost a family heirloom ring in Boulder over the weekend, and I called Tebo Coin to inquire if anything was brought into them since they are one of the few Gold and Silver stores in the area. The guy that answered the phone seemed immediately irritated to even be on the phone, and said they would never take the time to sift through their inventory just to look for a ring that someone was missing. Basically sounded like he was dumfounded someone would even imagine to ask him of such a question. He said they get 70-100 items per week which would seem like a pretty small amount of items to go through and take no more than 5 minutes of his time to just glance and see if a specific ring was brought into them. If this is how they treat normal people on their first interaction with them I can't imaging what it would be like to do business with them. Take your business elsewhere to someone who will take a small bit of pride in their business and treat customers with a little bit of respect.
