  Was shopping gravel bikes and Joe came over and gave me a personalized shopping experience, so knowledgeable and helpful sharing his own experiences and useful tips. Outstanding customer service, will definitely shop here again!

  Do not go to this store. My family had a horrific experience here. My husband placed a pickup order for a product that said it would be ready in 2 hours. We packed our three little kids in the car and drove 1.5 hours only to arrive and the order wasn’t ready and no one offered to get it ready. We then called and they told us they had sold it AFTER we had paid for and purchased it. They didn’t offer to do anything to remedy it for us after we kindly explained how upsetting this situation was. Horrible business practices.

  Biggest, best & most complete REI Store I’ve ever visited. Superior customer service- people were knowledgeable & friendly. Large, diverse selection of goods & brands Busy place for a good reason! Just Wow!
