  Adam (I think) and Jessica were awesome and super helpful in helping me with pack fitting. I went to the store around 6pm when it was fairly empty and found plenty of employees eager to help out and give recommendations. This isn't the store's fault at all, but I do feel like REI-branded products aren't what the used to be though – at least for packs and shoes. Sure, an REI pack costs a decent amount less compared to an equivalent Gregory pack, but I feel like the value just isn't really there anymore if you want something that'll last.

  Amazing store!!! Not as big as the one in Denver, but very well-stocked! The staff is also very friendly - especially ANDY, who was incredibly attentive and patient with me, looking for each item in the sizes and colors I wanted. Thank you!

  Incredibly helpful impatient staff helped me find the exact shoes that I was looking for and also told me about their credit card deal to help me save money on my purchase.
