- BWBryan WallisOct 6, 20261.0Bad customer service at the bike service counter.
- WCWei COct 5, 20265.0The staff today was incredibly nice and helpful, and provided tons of useful information for new skiers. Great experience!
- DWDavid WhitlingSep 17, 20262.0I suspect it’s because they are chronically understaffed but service here is always nice but extremely frustratingly slow. Always a super long wait to get someone to help you or to check out.
- MSmorgan seelySep 7, 20265.0I had a great experience fitting ski boots with Zach, he helped me on two separate occasions to find the right boot for my foot shape, locate a discounted version to save me some money, and get said boot fitted to the best of his ability. Not to mention he was also helping other people at the same time and still managed to go above and beyond. I will be back to mount my new skis and get adjustments to my boot if there are any fit issues. Even for a corporate store, they have great employees who are happy to help out us regular people. Go to them for your boot needs and talk to Zach because he is the man!
