- KDKrispy DreemzJun 14, 20262.0Went on Sunday just before 2pm with our two kids, ages 4.5 and 2.5, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We were trying to use a Groupon for arcade credits, but there was only one person actually helping customers at the front counter for most of the wait. It took almost 20 minutes just to get through the line. My wife had to keep the kids occupied by walking them around the arcade while I waited, because standing in that line with two little kids would have been a nightmare. There was another employee/manager at the front counter during a good portion of that wait, but she appeared to be occupied with other tasks and didn’t step in to assist until the customer in front of me had been trying for 10 minutes, and still needed help getting her bowling lanes sorted out. Once we finally got to the arcade, several of the side-by-side multiplayer games had one side out of service, which made it harder to actually play together. Both air hockey tables also accepted our card/credits, but no pucks came out, so we paid to play absolutely nothing. When I went back up and explained the long wait, the broken games, and the credits we lost, I asked if they could add a few extra credits to make up for the experience. The same employee/manager who had been at the counter earlier basically laughed or scoffed at me, which was ridiculous. If the games don’t work, they shouldn’t be taking people’s credits. And if customers are dealing with a long wait, broken machines, and wasted credits while trying to entertain two young kids, acting like it’s funny when they ask for a small comp is just poor customer service. Bad customer experience, worse customer service. Two stars is generous.

- JPJoshua PrestonJun 2, 20261.0My wife and I decided to stop in for a pitcher and pizza on Tuesday 6/2/26. We sat at the bar and ordered a pitcher of Blue Moon, I asked for lemon slices and the bartender brought them to me in his bare hands! We did our best to move on and not let our mind wonder where his hands have been??? When I ordered the second pitcher I asked the bartender for a glass with 6 lemon wedges to use for the Blue Moon, I then seen him reach into the garnishments using his bare fingers instead of the plastic tongues sitting there. In 1.5 hours of sitting at the bar, drinking, I saw the bartender sneeze into his hands twice, once just before removing clean glassware from the dishwasher to re-stock, and pick his nose then proceed to roll it in his fingers before flicking it to the ground to fill a ticket and pour another drink all without ever washing his hands or using any hand sanitizer. Dude needs a lot of training!
